This closet was in the living room obstructing the corridor to the rooms and to the living room, for this reason we removed the closet.

Painting Unit
We painted the ceiling and doors of this unit white on white, and painted the walls beige.
A/C Contactor
The air conditioning failed a lot due to the poor performance of the contactor and we replaced it with a new one.
Swimming Pool Motor
We installed a new swimming pool motor.
Painting Cabinets
We painted the cabinets inside and out.
Kitchen Sink
We replaced the old sink with a new sink, faucet, and new water lines.
Ceramic Baseboards
The wood is prone to contracting mold through water and heat (humidity) and the Baseboards already contain mold, for this reason we replaced them with ceramic.

Drain Line Damage
The drain clogged several times causing the dirty water to damage the drywall and Baseboards. We fixed the drainpipes and drywall and we installed new Baseboard tiles, as well as gasket to the toilet.
Insulation & Drywall
After we fixed the problem on the roof, we repaired the water damaged drywall and put in insulation.
