After having repaired the water leak we fix the damage caused by the water in order to avoid mold.
After having repaired the kitchen cabinets we painted them and put on their handles.
After painting we continued installing new doors.
After painting we installed all the appliances, mirrors, fixture lights, faucets, door handles, etc.
Due to the toilet being broken, we had to remove it and install a new one. We also installed a new cabinet with more space as well as a new sink faucet and hoses.
We switched out a sliding patio glass door for a double door. This may allow for use of less power as the new double door is double framed and has less window compared to the sliding glass door.
Water kept on flooding too quickly, we had to pump out the water and jump back in to continue digging. It was tedious work, but the job got done.
This was a bit complicated because this was under the bathroom cabinet, but we did the job well.
After having found the best washer and dryer to fit in this space, we quickly installed them!
Got a new motor and installed into the A/C due to the fact that the old motor only ran for approximately 30 minutes before it shut down. It wasn’t difficult to change the motor, but putting it back together was like a puzzle. Before finishing the job, the turbines were thoroughly washed.
