This patio was wearing down slowly and had too many structural damages, so we rebuilt it and improved it’s design.

Independence Day
Adding Room
We made an additional room and built the wall and closet.
Electrical Wiring
We added a room and distribute the wiring to the ceiling fan, lights, outlets etc. Then, we connected the wires to the power.
Remodeling Shower
The water leaked through different parts of the glass walls, and the shower walls were cracked. To avoid mold we installed the new walls and the seals of the glass walls.

Sidewalk Repair
The sidewalk was too high up due to the roots of the tree, so we removed it and made a new sidewalk.
Texture & Painting
After we finished with the walls, we put texture on them before painting.
Constructing Bathroom
We constructed a restroom as well as a storage room. We’re nearly finished, but the work is tedious.
